Christine Helin joined Lovitt & Touché more than 25 years ago. As a seasoned Employee Benefits Consultant, she is passionate about helping her clients incorporate sound strategies—the “why” behind decisions—to implement employee benefits and total rewards programs. A believer in the importance of employee culture, Christine guides her clients in communication strategies that have a positive cultural impact on their organizations. She works with companies as small as 100 and as large as 6,000 employees. She has a passion toward Employee Culture and it is a personal mission to help her clients highlight mission and incorporate culture into their Employee Benefit Programs. She has developed a process to ensure her clients develop strategies that positively impact their cultures.

Christine is an expert in all areas of employee benefits, including short- and long-term strategic planning, cost containment strategies, healthcare reform, financial analysis and plan forecasting, wellness programs, and consumerism plan designs. She also has extensive experience with all types of medical, dental, life, disability and ancillary benefits.

She is licensed for life, health and disability in 10 states, including Arizona. She also holds property and casualty licenses and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Christine is a strategic connector who enjoys making mutually beneficial introductions for people in her network. As a result, she founded Human Resource Executives of Tucson to help senior HR professionals meet and stay connected with each other. In Phoenix, Christine is a founding member of the Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum, an organization for HR leaders that presents the latest thinking and information on strategic HR practices.

Christine is a third-generation Arizonan who grew up in Tucson. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, needlework, and time with family and friends.
