Onsite Physician Clinics
Lovitt & Touché has an exclusive partnership with CareHere to coordinate, implement and manage on-site clinics for medical care. These clinics provide your employees with convenient access to preventive and acute care without any associated costs to them. It also provides on-site dispensing of specific prescription drugs.
Your employees will have access to a Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner and a Medical Assistant to provide them this on-site care. The average wait time for a visit is less than two minutes, therefore the time your employee spends away from work will be reduced significantly. The visits can be scheduled either online or by using the telephonic service provided. Your employees will also have access to a 24 hour 7 days per week Nurseline. Once per year they will receive a Health Risk Assessment based on a questionnaire and 28 test blood panel. The information will be presented to them in a personalized private health report that the on-site Care Manager will review with them.
With the clinic located on-site you will have increased employee productivity as well as an increase in employee morale, which will be measured by an annual survey. The staff at the clinic will also administer and oversee a Wellness program as well as Disease Management. All of this will be reported back to you in Financial, Operational and Clinical reporting which will provide you information while protecting the privacy rights of your employees.
